Payment Policy

How payment works on the Scope Systems store — from quote request to confirmed order. All transfers and payments are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

1. How payment works with quotes

Sending a quote or rental request is free — no payment is needed at that stage.
We confirm stock and send a formal quotation in SAR, valid for 14 days.
To confirm, accept the quotation in My account and upload your purchase order (PO).
100% advance payment is made with the purchase order. Orders without complete payment are not processed.
After payment the order is confirmed: no cancellation, refund or change is possible from this point.

2. Accepted payment methods

Bank transfer to the company account (details on every quotation and invoice)
SADAD payment system
Online card payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and mada cards issued by Saudi banks — via our bank’s secure gateway
At our Riyadh office: credit cards, debit cards, cash or Scope Systems gift cards

3. VAT & invoices

Prices are shown excluding and including 15% VAT. A tax invoice is issued for every order under VAT No. 311622769700003.

4. Payment security

We do not store card information on the website. All details entered in the payment gateway are encrypted and are not shared with other companies or individuals unless requested by a legal authority.

5. Declined payments

For online payments you see an on-screen confirmation once the payment is accepted. We are not responsible if a payment is declined or cancelled by your card provider — please check with your bank.

6. Unfulfilled orders

If we cannot fulfil all or part of an order, we inform you directly and refund all or part of the amount to the card used.

mada cards are available for Al Rajhi, Riyad Bank, Bank AlJazira and Bank Albilad. Partial refunds are not possible on mada cards.

7. Your agreement

Using our payment service means you accept these terms. Use only valid cards that legally belong to you — you are fully responsible for any use of counterfeit cards.

8. Digital airtime top-ups (Thuraya & Inmarsat)

Airtime recharges are paid in full online by mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or STC Pay. Prices include 15% VAT and a tax invoice is emailed when the top-up is done. Our recharge team applies the airtime within 30 minutes during working hours (Sun–Thu, 9:00 am–5:00 pm); orders placed outside these hours are applied at the start of the next working day.
