1. What information do we collect?

Information you give us when you register, request a quote or rental, or contact us:

Name, phone number, email and billing address
Username, password and contact preferences
Payment data needed to process a purchase — stored by our payment processor, not on our website
Automatically collected data: IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, log files and cookies

We do not process sensitive personal information, and we do not receive information about you from third parties.

2. How do we process your information?

To create and manage your account and sign you in
To prepare quotes and fulfil your orders, payments, returns and exchanges
To answer your enquiries and provide support
To send marketing messages if you agree — you can unsubscribe at any time
To keep our services safe and prevent fraud, and to improve our website

3. When and with whom do we share it?

Only with service providers who work for us and need the data to do so — such as order fulfilment and delivery providers, payment processors, analytics (Google Analytics) and communication tools — or in case of a business transfer, or when required by law.

5. How long do we keep your information?
